Songs of the Month

July and August, so far, haven’t been particularly kind to me – and that’s meant my usual music discovery hasn’t been quite as thorough as it has been earlier in the year. Continuing what’s been a fantastic year for music is another month worth of great tunes.  At this point I’ve already added about as many songs to my iTunes library as I have throughout 2016, and there’s still albums to come from LCD Soundsystem, The Killers and potentially CHVRCHES too – so things can still get better! May was a strange month in many ways, some good moments and some not so good moments, but we’re now into the days of summer – so that’s to be celebrated, right?
