Gesaffelstein – Aleph: Review

It’s about time that Gesaffelstein, one of the emerging names on the electronic dance music scene, released his first album.  After several successful EPs on various labels, most notably his recent Bromance releases with Brodinski, Gesaffelstein’s stock has risen sharply – enough to work with Daft Punk on Kanye West’s latest album.  Pretty high praise indeed. Katy Perry – Prism: Review

As much as modern pop music doesn’t generally appeal to me, I’ve still a soft spot for Katy Perry.  Her tunes are generally upbeat, catchy and generally put everyone in a good mood – and that’s what pop music is meant to do.  In her latest album, she keeps her bubble-gum brand of pop music going, whilst showing us that she can truly sing.
